Question: how can you assess that Balder's disco was host's fault and not his own or Ubisoft? If I recall Blue has a 100mbps upload Everyone has had disconnection at some point when he thought he had the best connection & PC and always we "suck it up" So did Balder suffer disconnection...

I agree with 1st post, since it is not clarified in the rules tie breaker is better resolved in the accumulation of the points in the final races
