First version of "Preliminary Results" was wrong, caused by a very tired admin staff member.

It was corrected the day after (2018-10-17) which was also noted in the News.

Facts:
Laj is getting his facts wrong here, he should have checked his own result file, and PC wouldn't have deal with this.
Result file is correct, and so are the results on web page.

Further more, he list his post as an explanation, but technical it is a protest. So, Laj could have been received + point, but since the rule only says it for chat protest, no points are added.

Dismissed - no further action
