Jimi could pass without disturbing WetStuff.

Situation as descript, and Wetstuff do not have to change course to avoid Jimi, no contact.
Further more, Wetstuff acknowledge, that he didn't have to change course.

Decision:
Jimi pen cancel accepted, no further action.
