Submission Type: E

.Your registered Boat Name: Q23 SUI 007

.Race Day: 10.3.2020 (Day 2)

.Group (colour): Green

.Race (number): 6

.Time (in Replay): 13:14

.Rule(s) applicable: 11, 12, 16.1, 18.2 (c) (1), 18.2 (c) (2)

.Skipper(s) involved: Pirata/Loyal Sailing

.Description: While leaving the mark, clear ahead of Pirata, Pirata gets an windward overlap and then jumps into my boat, maybe because of lag or because Pirata was pushed from BatBoat. Rule 15 says "When a boat acquires right of way..." but I was row all the time and I didn't change course, so I think the pen was wrong.

.Print Screen attached (required for a valid PROTEST): No

.Replay attached (optional): Yes
