7. Description: Att approx. 20:35 in replay, Alf, on starboard tack, is approaching a mark to be rounded to the right. I come on port tack with Zee-Pol behind, also.on port tack. I realize I cannot pass Alf and I tack to starboard. (Alf hits the mark). Zee-Pol also realizes he cannot pass Alf and starts to tack.He hits my stern at 20:42.80 and I get a Nadeo pen 16.1. I have finished my tack and is on starboard tack while Zee-Pol is still on port tack when he hits me. I also wonder why Zee-Pol does not get a pen from Alf. There seems to be both mast hit and contact between hulls. Is that because Alf already got a pen 31.1?

Facts:
Goffe on port ahead of Zee-pol tacks to avoid Alf on Starboard. After Goffe has completed his tack, Zee-pol luffs to avoid Alf and hits the stern of Goffe.

Conclusion:
While tacking to stardboard, goffe kept clear of Zee-pol. After completing his tack, Goffe gave Zee-pol room to keep clear. Zee-pol did not keep clear of Goffe and broke rule 10.

Decision:
Zee-pol to be disqualified in the race.
