7. Description: In my mind i had overlap a when entering the zone. Somehow the overlap was broken and Alx "closed the gate" in front of me. I had no where to go. Wrong Nadeo pen according to me. Overlap was establiched.

Facts:
Alx entered the zone clear ahead of Windydays.
Alx luffed around the mark and Windydays who continued straight became overlapped inside Alx.
Windydays crashed with Alx while they both rounded the mark



Conclusison:
Windydays did not keep clear of Alx under rule 11.
Windydays did not give Alx mark-room under rule 18.2.b/c.

Decision:
Windydays is disqualifed in the race.
