7. Description : zhik entered the zone at the first mark on starbord, kokos wasnt engaged on zhik. the 16.1 is faulse, kokos broke rule 12 or 18. Zhik did his best to not create a contact while bearing away as fast as possible.

Dear Commitee,
i was keeping clear of Zhik till the moment Jimi who was windward of me with overlap did not keep clear and with contact he pushed me on Zhik.

Facts:

Jimi outside overlapped with Zhik at the zone.
Jimi clear ahead of Kokos at the zone.

Conclusion:
Kokos had to give mark-room to Zhik and Jimi.
Mark-room was not given to any of them.
Kokos broke rule 18.2(b)/(c) with both and 11 with Zhik.

Decision:
Kokos is disqualified in race 1.
