Facts:


Alx clear ahead of Bogdan at the zone.
Bogdan with more speed becomes overlapped to windward of Alx.
When Alx bears away around the mark, Bogdan bears away and makes contact.

Conclusion:
Bogdan had to keep clear of Alx and to give him mark-room.
Bogdan did not keep clear of Alx and did not give him mark-room to Alx, hence broke rule 11 and 18.2(b)/(c).

Decision:
Bogdan is disqualified in the race.
