As Freja passes clear ahead of Batboat Batboat unnecessary turns a bit port and then a bit starboard. Nadeo wrongly interprets Batboat's action as avoiding collision with Freja and therefore gives Freja a pen for rule 10.
There was no need for Batboat to adjust her course, and therefore Freja asks for cancellation.
