Just as Ronja has cleared the mark, sailing proper course, Batboat makes contact with Ronja. Batboat is windward boat, so it should have been an RRS 11 for Batboat. Batboat do not take a pen.

Facts:
Ronja enters zone clear ahead off Batboat, not taking to much mark room. Ronja rounds the mark, close, but Batboat tries to go between Ronja and the mark. Just as Ronja has cleared the mark, sailing proper course, Batboat makes contact with Ronja. Batboat is windward boat, so it should have been an RRS 11 for Batboat. But there is noy any contact, so Batboat do not break RRS 11.
