8. Description: Black Pete spins a peanlty turn directly between the 1st and second marks. Kenny alters course to avoid but is given a 16.1. Kenny asks for cancellation which went unanswered and as such Kenny gets a 44.1. BTW after the pens, Black Pete purposely sails down onto me (breaking RRS 2 and 11) and slows me.
