8. Description: Sailing upwind on staboard tack and Piotr sailing downwind on port tack, I try at last moment to avoid but in the same way than piotr did and I get bumped backwards and then totally stoped.

Piotr leaves it to late to avoid Zez, Zez tries to avoid the contact, but Piotr turns the same way.
Therefore Piotr breaks RRS 10, and Zez would have been up for RDG, but Zez is DSQ for an earlier incident, so no RDG given.
Further more, Piotr takes his pen turn, actually 2 turns, so he exonerate himself.
