8.Description: JP20 taking Larsvegas on a wide trip around the mark to allow Frenito to pass on the inside. Larsvegas does not keep clear and broke rule 11. By instinct Larsvegas requests to cancel the pen, which was for 18.2a, because he gave more than enough room to pass the mark. He realizes that this was wrong moments later, and takes a 360. The MLS rules does not allow to cancel first and turn later, unless POST has been written in the chat first. Therefore Larsvegas retires after finishing, which the RC is informed about. If this was a fleet race, JP20 would have broken rule 2. But since it's a team competition and the move was to help the team, the move was fair.
