8.Description: Bombardino is not entitled to room at the RC boat and probably he is breaking rule 11 with black pete....black pete in order to OCS he is constantly changing course making it impossible for me to avoid him...

Black Pete broke rule 16 as he was changing course the whole time and he was not giving room to keep clear...in replay u Can see it clearly and its also to avoid fals start. In this situation, I think he is allowed to drop the sail to slow down and keep his course.

Also Frenito broke rule 14 and 16 when hu turn/luff up on me when i dont have room to avoid him. Also this to avoid false start.

I cant avoid Black Pete either becuse of Bombardino who crash into Black Pete. There is no room for me to avoid him.

I would like to point out that Fred is not the name of the boat and will actually protest this post for procedural defect. When we make a mistake about a replay time, we are disqualified. It would be fair to dismiss this protest against Fred for error on the boat name. Thank you to the committee for judging this properly.
