8.Description: NoSail66 on starboard-tack, on the way to the top mark. Valoddea, on port-tack, tacks too late and there was a "Mast Hit", while NoSail66 gets a Pen 16.1 which was wrong, I think. Valodea didn't keep clear while tacking so there was a violation of rule 13.
