8.Description: Aproaching a buoy on starboards Bogdan kept to be clear to Jack Jedi which made a tack in front of him. At about 13.52 he has been hited by Q23 VSK.(right side of stern) Collision caused rotation of BogDan boat and finaly hitting Jack Jedi boat which loose his speed after late aproaching the buoy.
