Batboat is sailing closed hauled (port tack) towards green mark. BatBoat tacks to starboard and BatBoat is on starboard tack at 21:06. 21:08 umpire release a penalty (16.1) towards BatBoat. BatBoat requests cancel, but Bluesweden refuses to cancel. Bluesweden immediately withdraws from the race and apologizes.

Since Batboat is on starboard tack, Bluesweden should be DSQ for violation of rule 10.

Batboat was number 6 in the race at this moment and should therefore achieve redress as position 6.
