8. Description: Sailing starboard to Mark 1, NO MERCY tacked leeward very close to my boat, and his mast hit my mast and slowed me down.
I immediately called mast hit p no mercy before mark and as well as after passing mark, and NO MERCY replied there was no contact.

Kokos on starboard, Nomercy on port.
Nomercy luffs under Kokos and the masts hit before Nomercy passes head to wind.



Conclusion:
Nomercy did not keep clear and broke rule 10.
