8. Description: As Regis performs his tack to round the mark with plenty of mark room, he give Jammin a pen 10 who was ahead and already tacked to port. Nadeo bug as there was a full boat width of distance and no danger of contact after Regis had started his tacking manouvre. Regis took what felt like a long time answer my request which impacted the situation with his team mate No Mercy. Please see my other explenation.
