8. Description: Achieving 1st buoy I was between ZEZ and Petter as a 5th boat from buoy. All six of boat tried to make a tack.In a moment of pen Bogdan and Petter were probably out of zone. I received penalty 13 from Petter at 13.42.50 when I even not passed the wind yet - was not contact and hade ZEZ inside. This is why I canccelled the pen. After half a second there was a contact but in my opinion penned by 13 or 15 ought to be Petter.
