7. Description: Approaching first upwind mark, 103 SPX is sailing on port, crossing ahead by approximately half a length of boat of Water Gipsy who was sailing on starboard close hauled. Water Gipsy did not change her course as there was no risk of collision between her and 103 SPX. Therefore I think it is a wrong 10 Nadeo pen.
