I can't watch the replay right now but I remember that I expected you to keep course on port tack and probably would have crossed easily, but then decided to tack, I wasn't sure what you wanted to do there. The fact that you started making avoiding action for me means you had time to react

Conclusion and decision:
Alx had to give room to Norone under rule 15, which he did.
Norone had to keep clear under rule 10, which he did not.
The best way for Norone to keep clear was to continue straight and cross ahead of Alx.
Norone broke rule 10 and took a penalty turn.
Cancel by Alx accepted.

The protest committee
