8. Description: Right near the finish line, on collision course Wetstuff on starboard - GMos on port, GMos tacks very close and contact occurs just before or at the moment GMos finishes her tack. Wetstuff gets however a rrs11 which he takes 360 just to make sure, however after reviewing the replay I think should have been 13 to GMOs
