8. Description: On the downwind FIDUCIT III and Valodea were on same tack.I was leeward boat and luffed slowly but Valodea didnt react. At the time he mentioned that i luff he luffed also with a harsh movement and hit my boat. Therefor i got a 16.1 which is imo wrong. It should have been a 11 for Valodea. I asked for cancellation, but he didnt react. I waited til 12 sec left on the penclock, wrote in chat he shall cancel but he didnt. Then i did my 360. I lost some places during the 360 and aks for redress.

Fiducit pen cancel explanation : ACCEPTED as Valodea had time to respond to Fiducit luff, but Valodea kept the same heading until the very last moment before a collision would occurred.
Valodea breaks MLS Rules for not accepting a pen cancel request which is mandatory.

Fiducit pen cancel accepted.
Fiducot RDG as 9 points.
Valodea DSQ for breaking the rules of MLS.
