Description: 103 SPX arriving on starboard tack windward of Ed-WR to 2nd mark where Albervita is stuck with spi blocking the course of all boats coming from previous mark, Balder arrives on port tack to round the 2nd mark, Balder gets a pen 10 from ED-WR, Balder had 103 SPX and ED tacking to avoid being stopped, 103 SPX protests against Balder, Balder makes a 360 after ED penned him so, even though it is the same action I am protesting against Balder because I consider I lost a lot of time tacking twice to round the mark. Afterwards Balder writes on chat he did two 360° (see 2nd picture attached) where he actually completed only one.
