Submission Type: E
.Your registered Boat Name: laj2
.Race Day: 2
.Group (colour): Red
.Race (number): 2
.Time (in Replay): 10:19
.Rule(s) applicable: 16.1/18.2(b)(c)
.Skipper(s) involved: laj2 / Kong / Djonny
.Description: I enter the zone clear ahead of Kong and Djonny. They shall give me mark room, which includes room to round the mark, until pointing at the next mark. Before I have passed the mark, Kong becomes overlapped inside me, which means I'm entitled to sail my proper course, which is to bear away to the next mark. While bearing away, I have to luff to avoid Kong, which means he has not given me mark room, and he has broken rule 18.2(b)(c). Djonny then crashes into Kong, which pushes him forward and sideways into me. Without the collision with the two, I would not have been hit, and this is a change of course (16.1). In any case, I should be exonerated, because I sailed withing my mark-room. Kong broke rule 18.2(a) with Djonny in the same situation, as Kong could have given him mark room by luffing behind my stern. Kong took a penalty turn after the situation.
