8.Description: Just after the rounding of the mark Siwy is very slow after just completing the tack... I came from clear astern and established an overlap to windward of siwy... The moment siwy started to bear away the nadeo umpire penalized me for RRS 11, but until that moment i was keeping clear.... i could not luff as i had another boat to windward
