8.Description: After Voldea tacks to round the SB rounding windward mark, Djonny approaching at speed on port creates an inside overlap with Valodea. Half way across the dog leg nadeo decides to give Djonny an incorrect 17.1 as he does not luff and is sailing his proper course to the next mark. Hence Djonny asks for cancellation.
