Regarding my request to cancel the penalty received in the second race, I report the following reason:
I received a Game Penalty (VSK) in the zee pol boat incident, stemming from an action from the Alex HDT boat, where Alex (walled on the port) crashed into the Zee POL boat (clapped to tassel). The boat Zee POL
I clarify that the penalty occurred due to a crash between the boats Alex HDT (port tacked) and Zee POL (starboard tack). The Boat Zee POL, after crash, began to sail the aisles sharply towards me, not giving me enough opportunity to keep me away.
As my penalty occurred due to a third party infraction, then I requested the cancellation.
My penalty was due to an error of the boat Alex HDT.

The time limit for submitting an explanation is 20:00 CET the day after racing according to the MLS Sailing Instructions, which unfortunately means it's nothing the Protest Committee can do about this case now.
