8.Description: Siwy sailed between Kvien Mary - port side and Galaxy - right side. Siwy gave Kvien room and got a 17.1 penalty from Galaxy-twice-one in 13,20 and second 14,05. There was no contact. Galaxy was quite a distance from Siwy and so Siwy canceled the penalty.
