8.Description: On upwind to 1. Mark, i tacked in front of Donmasio Wolves a bit windward of him. After i completed tack and heading straight to mark 13:37 on replay, Donmasio sailed into my stern at 13:41 in replay. In my opinion it was a clear infingement of rule 12, because i let him room and time after my tack.

Facts:
Fiducit completes a tack to starboard clear ahead of Donmasino.
Donmasino continues straight without changing course.
3 seconds later, Donmasino hits the stern of Fiducit.
Fiducit got a penalty from the VSK umpire under Rule 15, which he cancelled.

Conclusion:
Fiducit gave Donmasino room to keep clear. Cancellation accepted.
Donmasino failed to keep clear, and shall be scored DSQ for breaking Rule 12.
