8. Description:FIDUCIT III fetching the top mark on stb tack. Euphoria NOR and Laj2 in front of me on stb tack close head to wind with less speed. I tried and kept clear of them. Desperados windward to me also fetching the mark. Clande on port tack in the zone with no rights and room hit my mast 3 times and pulled me backwards and into Desperados.Ingame Umpire gave me a 18.3.a which i aksed to cancel and Desperado did.I think i was exonerated by Clande`s breaking the rule 10 and 2.

For the records. It was race 2 at raceday 2, so it was race 5 of MLS Season 13.

Facts:
Clande on port makes no attempt to avoid collision and sails straight into Fiducit on starboard and pushes him into Desperados, also on starboard.
Fiducit gets a penalty from the VSK umpire which he cancels.

Conclusion:
Clande broke rule 10 and rule 2, and shall be scored DNE in the race.
Fiducit is exonerated from his rules violation, as he was compelled to break a rule as a consequence of Clande breaking rule 10.
