euphoria enter the zone overlapped with Ryh00. While sailing within the mark-room she is entitled to, euphoria hits the stern of Ryh00 halfway through the rounding. euphoria got a penalty from VSK under rule 12, because VSK turns off rule 18 too early.
euphoria cancelled the VSK pen and protested Ryh00.
Ryh00 immediately took a penalty turn.
