8. Description: At 27:27:00 Saf is on starboard side tacking to port side, Bogban is on starboard side. At 27:30:00 Saf is on port side and is bearing away with a clear angle to pass behind Bogdan. At 27:31:00 Bogdan is tacking to port side in front of Saf breaching rules 13 and 15 for not keeping clear with other boats while tacking. Saf raised a protest.

Facts:
Saf on port bears away to pass astern of Bogdan on starboard.
Bogdan tacks in front of Saf, and Saf crashes with Bogdan the same moment Bogdan completes his tack.

Conclusion:
Bogdan did not keep clear of Saf while tacking.
Bogdan broke RRS Rule 13 and shall be scored DSQ in the race.
