Saf being ahead of Zez, Saf received the info from Zez on discord to pass in front of Zez
Zez ducked and let Saf pass in front of him
Saf received a RRS 10 while no contact occurred between the 2 boats
Saf asked for pen cancellation considering this is pen wrongly given by Nadeo

Facts:
Before the bow of Saf is in front of Zez bow, Zez bear away and passes behind Saf.
Saf got a penalty from the VSK Umpire under rule 10, which he cancelled.

Conclusion:
Zez changed course and gave Saf room to keep clear.
Saf broke rule 10, but is exonerated because he sailed within the room he was entitled to under rule 16.1.
Cancel accepted.

Note:
It doesn't matter if the boats are on the same team or if information has been exchanged in a hidden channel.
If Zez had beared away after the point when it was no longer possible for Saf to keep clear, then Saf would have been DSQ'ed (*).
(*) Except if it was written in the game chat that port could pass, before "the point of no return" for port.
