8. Description: Description is short and simple. Kokos barged on Balder, barged on me then started to make his penalty after more than 30 secs. He took a penalty 11 from Balder in time of replay 2.02. After this still with no ROW disturbed my line crossing(not penned), then kept his course (having penalty) behind Balder more then half a minute keeping me and not only me in a bad position. For me 2 for sure

In 'MLS Season 14 - Day3 - Cancel Requests, Manual Protests & Redress Requests` made by PC Admin there is no penalty 11 for kokos given by Balder just on start line - it is seen on my Print screen. My protest is that Kokos delayed penalty turn to much. Kokos did only one 360 turn for penalty by Balder . I do not know for what he wrote 360 done...

Facts:
Kokos to windward of Balder and Bogdan.
Balder and Bogdan sailing a course just to leeward of the committee boat.
Kokos bears away and crashes with Balder, the committee boat and Bogdan.



Conclusion:
Kokos did not keep clear and broke rule 11 and rule 31.
Kokos deliberately broke the rules when forcing way between the leeward boats and the committee boat, hence he also broke rule 2.

Decision:
Kokos is disqualified (DNE) in race 9.
